Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how KiteLine Lawn Care, a DBA of Harvest Legacy Group, LLC ("KiteLine," "we," "us," or "our"), handles information in connection with our website, forms, communications, estimate requests, booking interactions, and related online services (together, the "Site"). It applies to visitors to the Site and to customers and prospective customers who contact us or request service.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with the Site, we may collect information such as:

• Information you submit through a form, such as property or service details
• Appointment or scheduling information

Online Booking and Third-Party Services

Requests for the $29 Welcome Cut and for free on-site estimates are submitted through booking forms provided by Jobber, a third-party field-service management platform, embedded directly on our pages. Information you enter into those forms — such as your name, contact information, service address, and details about the work you're requesting — is collected and processed by Jobber on our behalf, and is also subject to Jobber's own privacy practices, in addition to this Policy. We use that information to follow up with you, prepare quotes, and schedule and manage your service.

The Site also loads fonts from Google Fonts to display its typography. Loading a font from Google's servers can involve your browser sending Google standard request information (such as your IP address), consistent with how most websites load fonts and other resources from third-party content-delivery services.

As of this policy's last update, the Site does not have Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, GoHighLevel tracking, or advertising pixels installed. If any of these or similar tools are added in the future, this section will be updated to name them specifically.

SMS Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages from us, that mobile information is used to send you the messages described in our Terms & Conditions — such as estimate, scheduling, and service-related communications, and, where you've opted in, marketing messages. Handling of that information is subject to the following:

• Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
• Service providers or subcontractors we work with may receive mobile information only when necessary to provide support or operate services on our behalf — for example, the SMS platform that delivers the messages.
• SMS opt-in information and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies and similar browser storage technologies are small pieces of data that a website can store in your browser, typically to remember information between page views or visits.

The Site uses your browser's local session storage for a narrow, functional purpose: to remember which service you selected while you complete a booking or estimate request, so that choice carries through the process. The Site does not currently use its own advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Embedded third-party content, such as the Jobber booking forms discussed above, may set its own cookies under its own provider's practices.

Most browsers let you control or clear cookies and site data through their settings. Because our own use of browser storage is limited to basic site functionality, clearing it may simply require you to re-select a service if you're mid-request.

How Information May Be Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in limited circumstances, such as:

• With Jobber and similar service providers, to process and manage your service requests and appointments
• With other vendors and platform providers who help us operate the Site or our business, under obligations to protect your information

We don't distribute your information beyond what's reasonably necessary for these purposes.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business and financial records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We don't currently have a fixed retention schedule published for every category of information; where one exists internally, it governs.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to help protect the information we handle. That said, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The Site and our services are directed at adults arranging lawn and landscape services for residential properties. The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Privacy Choices

Depending on how you've interacted with us, your choices may include:

• Opting out of marketing emails, using the unsubscribe method included in those emails
• Opting out of marketing text messages, by replying with the applicable stop instruction if one is provided

KiteLine Lawn Care is based in and operates in Texas, and our services are directed at residential customers in our Texas service area. This Site and the information described in this Policy are handled from within the United States. We don't claim any specific regulatory certification or compliance framework beyond what's stated directly in this Policy.

The Site may link to or embed content from third-party websites and services, such as Jobber. Those third parties have their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them. We aren't responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we don't control.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
